SPRING 2019 WORK-STUDY SIGN UP

The Federal Work Study Program provides jobs on and off campus to eligible students. Students are expected to work their assigned schedule, and any changes must be approved by the supervisor and work study coordinator. Time sheets are submitted by supervisors once a month, and checks are disbursed by the date noted on the work study payment schedule. To be considered eligible for the Federal Work-Study Program, students must have the following:

  1. Students must first have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submitted all verification documents to the Financial Aid Office (if required) to determine their eligibility.
  2. Students must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
  3. Students must be enrolled as full-time for the term in which they are awarded work-study.
  4. Federal work-study will be awarded according to financial need.

HOW TO SIGN-UP:

STEP 1: Log in to your myCCC account with username/password

STEP 2: Select the Students tab

STEP 3: Click on My Financial Aid and look under Financial Aid Links and choose Federal Work Study Application

STEP 4: In the application, students must first read the Work-Study terms and answer the five questions on the application.

STEP 5: Students will then verify the accuracy of the generated information, and if everything is correct, submit the application.
 
SIGN-UP PROCESS IS COMPLETE. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.

THE APPLICATION WILL BE OPEN FROM NOVEMBER 16, 2018 - JANUARY 18, 2019!
