CCC students have just a few more days to submit their logo designs for a chance to win a $100 cash prize. The winner’s rendering will serve as a graphic representation of the QEP team’s thematic aim, ROAD to Success—Revitalizing Orientation and Advisement Development.

The Quality Enhancement Plan team is looking to find the artwork that best connects with their newly developed topic in design and color. In compliance with a reaccreditation requirement, Coahoma Community College created a QEP team, a request of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC), that will assist in guiding the institution toward improvement of student learning and a positive educational environment.

In addition to a cash prize, the winning design will be noticeably displayed on Coahoma’s main campus, Coahoma’s website and QEP website. The new QEP brand will be featured on promotional items including T-shirts, pamphlets and key rings distributed on the main campus as well as the five-county district. The second and third place designs will also win cash prizes.

A panel of judges will choose the top three renderings. Students have until 12 Noon, Monday, March 4 to submit their artwork to Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation Liaison Margaret Dixon. The submissions can be emailed to mdixon@coahomacc.edu.
