CLARKSDALE – Coahoma Community College’s Division of Enrollment & Student Services Counseling Center is teaming up with a wide-variety of professionals to bring the campus vital information that can effect positive change and promote personal growth.

Themed, “ Break Every Chain,” the event will be hosted from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 28th on the first floor of the Zee A. Barron Student Union.

From domestic violence and bullying, to health and wellness—the event will feature various vendors with expertise in a broad range of issues individuals may be facing.

According to organizer Renee’ Hall, who serves as CCC’s Coordinator of the Counseling Services, there will be something on-site everyone can benefit from.

“I’m really excited to have these vendors all under one roof to expose our campus to the resources the community has to offer,” said Hall. “Hopefully after leaving this event, if an individual had something they felt broken about, had questions about, or needed support with, they will now have the glue to begin their healing.”
