CLARKSDALE – Maximize your time and score with a free ACT test prep workshop offered by Coahoma Community College.

Registration is now underway for the workshop, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 28, in the Magnolia Room of the Zee A. Barron Student Union.

Sponsored by CCC’s Division of Enrollment and Student Services’ Career Services and Placement Center, in partnership with the Tri-County Workforce Alliance (TWA), the workshop is open to students of all ages preparing for the ACT.

Organizer Trina Cox, CCC’s coordinator of career services, said the workshop is designed for students who have never taken the test, as well as those who plan to retake the test to increase their score.

“We’re excited to offer this service at no cost to our students at CCC as well as our local high school students, and we encourage all those interested to take advantage of this great opportunity,” Cox said.

Interested individuals can register for the workshop by visiting www.coahomacc.edu/act-prep-workshop-registration .
