Alt Health Watch Complete focuses on the many perspectives of complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness. It offers libraries full text articles for 180 international, and often peer-reviewed journals and reports. In addition, there are hundreds of pamphlets, booklets, special reports, original research and book excerpts. Magnolia is a collection of premier databases that are funded by the state legislature and are available free of charge to all Mississippi citizens. They are Ebscohost, First Search, GaleNet, SIRS, and Wilson's Biographies. These databases do require a password. 

MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations. Preformulated MEDLINE searches are included in MedlinePlus and give easy access to medical journal articles. MedlinePlus also has extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and latest health news.

MELO is an electronic collection of resource information selected by librarians and taken from the internet. It contains web pages, databases, Mississippi community college library catalogs, and links to Mississippi CC library web pages. It is an initiative of the Mississippi Virtual Community College (MSVCC).

Salem Health (Magill’s Medical Guide) brings online access to Salem Press’ award-winning health reference works. The first reference set included is Salem Press’ bestselling Magill’s Medical Guide. In its printed form, the current edition of the Guide has grown to five volumes and 3,500 pages. 

Salem Literature is a robust online database that includes the complete content of printed reference sets owned by the institution. Access is provided for Critical Insights: Authors – James Baldwin and Tennessee Williams and Critical Insights: Works – Canterbury Tales and The Poetry of Poe.
